Hunter grew up surrounded by the truths of the Christian faith, regularly attending church with his family. Yet it wasn’t until adulthood that the Gospel truly came alive in his heart. In God’s grace, the Lord opened his eyes to the beauty of Christ, transforming his life and planting in him a deep love for Scripture. That love soon grew into a clear calling toward vocational ministry.
In 2024, Hunter stepped into the role of our pastor, where he has been faithfully serving for just over a year. Alongside his ministry, he is furthering his theological training through classes at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Hunter and his wife, Mckensi, are blessed with two energetic boys—Jeremiah (4) and Benjamin (6 months)—who keep their home filled with laughter, joy, and beautiful chaos.
